Privacy policy
Ten Ten Burgers & Shakes, 105 Blackburn Road, Darwen, BB3 1ET, is the data controller for information collected through this site.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect the name and, if you give it, the mobile number you attach to that order, along with what you ordered. We use these only to prepare your food and to contact you if there is a problem with it.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on, or seen by, this site. Stripe processes that data under its own privacy policy.
Your basket
Your basket is stored in your own browser’s local storage so it survives a refresh. It never leaves your device until you check out, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no third-party analytics. The only third-party content is the Google Map on the Find Us page, which loads only when you visit that page.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Speak to the team in store and we will deal with it.
